About
EVERY ROLE WAS TRAINING FOR THE NEXT
I started out as an architect, went on to a master's in construction management, and spent years in the field on buildings and infrastructure projects, seeing construction in person every day.
That path led me into project controls and PMO work for utilities, where I help project teams plan, schedule and report on the work.
Here I share what I've learned along the way, including what I got wrong, for rising professionals in any field.
